Mothers, is your daughter begging to spend more time with you? How about an excellent weekend where you and your daughter can deepen that everlasting bond between a mother and a daughter? In this camp session, you will spend the weekend with other mother/daughter combinations participating in zipline, climbing tower, swimming, canoeing, bazookaball, lessons, worship, etc… all geared towards an inseparable bond between a mother and her daughter while focusing on our heavenly Father. Memories are guaranteed to be made in this very popular session. Please eat dinner prior to arriving for this camp session. Participants will sleep in the Pioneer Lodge. Bring sleeping bags or bed covering.
This year’s theme is “Legacy Builders.” In 2 Timothy 1:5, Paul says, “I am reminded of your sincere faith, which first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice and, I am persuaded, now lives in you also.” Join us as we delve into Biblical Moms, Grandmothers, and Daughters and the way these women help carry out the Great Commission by passing the torch of faith.

Where are you involved at church?
I’ve been a member at Community Christian Church for about twenty years. I have served as a teacher for Preschool, K-2, 4-6 grade and nursery; as well as VBS.
What is your favorite Bible verse?
Choosing your favorite Bible verse to me is like trying to choose a favorite child…I can’t! But, I have clung to many verses at various seasons. Currently, Ezekiel chastising Israel’s religious leaders as bad shepherds, contrasts God’s tender care for us His Flock, in 34:15-16 says, “I myself will tend my sheep and have them lie down, declares the Sovereign Lord. I will search for the lost and bring back the strays. I will bind up the injured and strengthen the weak…”
What does camp ministry mean to you?
Camp ministry invests in what God values-sharing Jesus with children, and outreach to the lost, mission of growing and strengthening families.
What is your favorite camp memory?
My favorite camp memory is watching my husband baptize our youngest son!
What is your favorite dessert?
It’s hard to beat a warm homemade blackberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream.
